Shipping Within India

We offer standard shipping across India. Free shipping is available on prepaid orders, while a nominal shipping charge may apply to COD orders.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 working hours of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, courier delays, or recipient unavailability.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹10,000. A nominal COD charge may apply as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be available in your account under Order History.

You can also use the Track Order option on our website by entering your order number.

Rescheduling Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may contact the courier partner to request another delivery attempt or self-pickup from their nearest facility, where available.

Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order ID, and we will assist you with the shipment status.

Change of Shipping Address

You may request a change to your shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. Please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

International Shipping

Yes, Miyami ships internationally. International shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
