HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders usually leave our Jaipur studio within 1–2 business days. Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes in India, along with UPI, cards, and net banking at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please see the returns page for steps and exceptions on sale or custom items.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR BLOCK PRINTS?
Hand-block prints prefer a gentle wash. Turn the garment inside out, use mild detergent, and dry in shade. Slight variations in print and colour are part of the craft.
WHAT IF THE SIZE IS NOT RIGHT?
Use the size chart on each product, or write to care with your measurements. Easy exchanges are available within the return window while stock lasts.
